Note: Not all items are within immediate inventory--Please allow 3-4 days processing (not including holidays) for your order to be sent out based on item(s) selected.
Shipping times may vary based on item(s) selected. Please refer to the tracking number sent to your email after checkout. Please note that shipping times are based on the day your order is sent, not the order placement.
Cancelling an Order
To cancel an order please contact us at email@example.com immediately. If an order has already been shipped, it is unable to be cancelled. Please see Exchange Policy or contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you you are in need of an exchange.
Once an order is processed we are unable to change colors or sizes. Please be sure to make all necessary adjustments prior to final order placement.
If your shipping destination changes after your oder is placed, please contact us immediately at email@example.com with your order number and updated shipping destination.
Based on the time since placing your oder, Shop Floyd cannot guarantee a change in shipping destination. Please be sure to correct shipping destination prior to final order placement.
Tracking will become available after your order is processed and shipped. Once your oder is processed and shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you at the destination of your choice. Please allow a full 24 hours for your tracking number to become active.

Shop Floyd is not responsible for packages lost or stolen once they are labelled delivered from your shipment provider.

www.shopfloyd.com is currently offering free shipping on all orders totaling $50 or more. Free shipping generally takes 2-8 business days based on shipment date and depending on shipping destination.
