Free Shipping On All Orders

Exchange Policy only accepts exchanges (no refunds) for up to 14 days after receiving your item(s). Items may only be acceptable for an exchange of equal or lesser value. If 14 days have passed since receiving your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you an exchange.

Please contact Customer Support at before sending out your item(s). (Do not automatically mail product to address on return label)

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To verify the validity of your exchange, we will always require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Wrong (size, color, etc.) or damaged items

If you have received an item different than originally purchased as shown on the business receipt, or if you received a damaged item, please contact us within 4 business days of receiving your package. We will send you a pre-paid return label or exchange your item free of charge.

Once your return is received and available for inspection, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and will automatically place your corrected order within the next business day.

Received incomplete order

If your order is incomplete, please contact us within 4 business days of receiving your package and we will update you on the remainder of your purchase.

Sale items (if applicable)
Items may only be acceptable for an exchange of equal or lesser value at the time of purchase.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
